Tell me about the mentality and perceptions of life. Is it
harder to find solutions or make excuses?

  • 1. Handle whatever life throws, and always find solutions to problems
  • 2. Instead of seeing things as depressing. I simply acknowledge with a fair outlook
  • 3. I have a habit of turning negative situations into positive ones.
  • 4. Bad days are inevitable. Once I release the grip seems manageable.
  • 5. Doing my best to adapt and solve problems. It would be nice if there were fewer.
  • 6. Seems like life is against me. It can be unfair. I feel stuck in a rut.

How well can you keep the emotions under wrap?
Especially when faced with confrontations

  • 1. Simply manage emotions effectively and speak with assertiveness.
  • 2. Fairly controllable, but there are moments when I become sensitive to feedback and criticism.
  • 3. I get defensive and aggressive and want to start trouble.
  • 4. I tend to hide emotions because of the past and picked on for unleashing or becoming emotional.
  • 5. I have no control over emotions and trouble with self-regulation rewiring.

When we have certain fears, how do we manage and overcome them?
Especially in the most distressing of times.

  • 1. I am an expert at overcoming and love taking risks.
  • 2. Isn’t too bad, still in the process of overcoming it. It takes me time.
  • 3. I have fears that can be difficult to face because of avoidance.
  • 4. I’m trying to get rid of it, but the intrusive thoughts can be powerful.
  • 5. It’s completely controlling my life and I need help ASAP.

Do we seek constant reassurance and external validation?
How are self-esteem and viewpoint?

  • 1. Very confident in who and what I am. Grabbing life by the balls.
  • 2. Currently in the process of learning and accepting myself.
  • 3. Tend to be shy and would love to find solutions In building self-esteem.
  • 4. I had a lot of confidence but lost it through bad habits and rejection.
  • 5. Constantly seek approval from others and need external validation…

How often do you exercise, any type of physical training?
A healthy body leads to a strong mind.

  • 1. Work out within the span of 5-6 days a week.
  • 2. Exercise within the span of 3-5 days per week.
  • 3. I aim at least 1-2 times to maintain my fitness level.
  • 4. I have an irregular gym schedule and have to make time for it.
  • 5. Currently, I don’t work out at all.
